OUR STORY

Welcome to Your Healing Space!
I’m Vonyee Soulfire, a holistic therapist and yoga practitioner dedicated to
guiding individuals on their journey toward healing
and wholeness. With a heart-centered approach, I integrate trauma-informed
care, culturally sensitive practices, and mind-body
connection to help clients reclaim balance and well-being in their lives.
I work with individuals from childhood (age 5) to adulthood, focusing on those
navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life
transitions. My unique approach weaves together therapeutic techniques,
somatic practices, and yoga therapy to support emotional,
physical, and spiritual transformation.
My Philosophy:
Healing Begins with Presence
I believe in the power of being fully present with ourselves-both psychologically
and physically. My approach blends evidence-based
practices with holistic traditions to create a safe and inclusive space for
healing. I honor each client’s lived experience and
cultural background, meeting them where they are on their healing journey.
Key Pillars of My Practice:
– Trauma-Informed Care: Prioritizing safety, empowerment, and trust.
